Minster software has recently been adopted by Bradshaw International as its warehouse and logistics software solution.

Bradshaw provides bedroom furniture to high end retailers in the UK, as well as a number of multi-chain retailers in South Africa and Australia. They offer retailers the latest designs for premium beds, side tables, chests, and other bedroom furniture and supply its products through a number of international outlets.

With customers and factories across many countries, they have a considerable task at hand providing the latest product information, purchase order quantities and lead times shared across the Bradshaw team. This had created a reliance on spreadsheets and emails, which in turn generated a number of associated challenges to the organisation.

Implementing Minster’s SAAS offering provided Bradshaw employees with instant access across all of its sites. Product and shipping information is also now available instantly and securely. With a scalable solution in place Bradshaw is well positioned to deal with the continuing growth of the business.

The Bradshaw system posed challenges of its own to the Minster team. “We saw this as an opportunity to incorporate our non-stock item software into our latest SAAS solution,” said Phoebus van Deventer, Managing Director of Minster. “The development team put in some late nights to deliver Bradshaw’s requirements. We almost had to take him up on the offer to move a few beds into the office!”
