Beauty industry pioneer, Sweet Squared has appointed Minster Logistics Software as delivery partner for its world-renowned nail products.
Sweet Squared had identified a need to find a dedicated warehouse management system (WMS) that would fully integrate with its existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Finance software suite.
Forward thinking Minster demonstrated its software solution using its SAAS model, which integrates seamlessly with voice technology throughout the entire supply chain process. During an initial presentation, the Minster management team proactively suggested ways in which Sweet Squared could improve its service model and demonstrated how Minster’s software solution could be adapted to support these advances.
Picking and packing in the Sweet Squared warehouse is currently paper based, which means lead times can be lengthy. The implementation of Minster software with full voice technology will improve accuracy and increase productivity as the outcome of freeing hands and eyes is a more efficient working process and a safer environment.
Sweet Squared prides itself in the ability to provide a professional, effective service to its customers. Challenges had arisen due to recent massive growth and the company were concerned its reputation for accuracy may not be sustained. Sweet Squared adopts a viewpoint that extends beyond the traditional distribution process of ‘buy it in, get it out’. Engaging Minster as a support partner ensures this philosophy is realised and customer expectation is exceeded.
Samuel Sweet, Managing Director of Sweet Squared commented: “We see distribution as a tool to connect with our customers. Minster has proved an exact cultural fit. It has a truly holistic approach together with an aspiration to provide a perfect solution that will make improvements across the board.
“We were impressed, and greatly admired, that they had our interests at heart. The Minster management team demonstrated they wanted to help and support our business as a whole and that this was more important than simply being awarded the contract.”
Minster has over 30 years experience in bespoke software for the logistics sector with health and beauty customers included in its enviable customer base.
